Exciting times! We’ve been working on this project for a while, and are so excited to finally be able to share it beyond our Farm Stand. Introducing Ugly Carrot Food Co., a line of delicious foods made in small batches from our best ugly veggies. We take the veggies that we can’t sell because they are funny looking or have minor damage, or we grew too much, and turn them into delicious sauces, pickles, marinades and soups.
