HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Market Card works much like a gift card. Pay in advance to load your Market Card with credit. You can then use your Market Card throughout the season to purchase farm products at our booth at the Denman Farmers Market or our Farm Stand.

Your credit doesn’t expire – leftover credit from the previous year rolls over and can be used in the next year. Cards are transferable. At the time of purchase, we’ll record your card number and contact information so that if you lose your card, you don’t lose your remaining credit.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

To join: To join our Market Card program for the season, we require a minimum $250 credit purchase. If you pay by April 30th, we will waive the loading fees to say thank you for investing in our farm and helping us out with our early season cash flow.

We accept payment by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

Additional credit: You can add additional credit to your Market Card up until September 30th, 2025. We ask for a minimum $100 reload. A loading fee will of $5/load will be applied for each card load rom May 1st to September 30th. If you want to add credit next season, you will need to renew your card program membership with another initial credit purchase of $250. However, if you decide not to renew your membership, you can still continue to use any remaining credit on your card until it runs out – it doesn’t expire.

To load credit onto a Market Card, we accept payment by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. We do not accept credit or debit payments to load market cards.
